Just_angels review of the CNX Duo

Set Up

Took about 5 minutes to set up, box had all it usuals stuff but with a added suprize a usb stick , i unpacked and the hooked it up to the TV. it was ready to be programmed

Programming
i took the these files, 5.10, 2.36 and the new patch unzipped them all and installed them to my USB stick, then connected to usb stick to the receiver, with receiver already on i hit the menu and went right to USB Menu, and then installed 5.10,as bootload upgrade then it reboot then i loaded the 2.36 also as bootload upgrade then i let it reboot again,next i loaded the new patch and let it reboot .

Installation

i went into antenna settings set all settings set 119 and 110 and 91 i let it scan all three ,saved my settings
all of this took about 2 minutes and 35 seconds to scan , very nice!!! and quick

System settings

i set all my system settings and made sure autoroll was turned on, , then I let it sit and took about 2 minutes for DN roll.and about 5 mintues for b*v

i have not tested the PVR function yet...but once i get it setup i'll post my findings



My overall rating on the CNX Duo ..is Excellent, and i would recommend it to anyone interested in buying a new reciever
