| Is not fare that new boxes are threated well when actually the old one was the reazon that brand new exist,. The coolsat reputation will be lower than mod if they don't do something right now or maybe coder just cross to DN and Bev. |

What I think.
Reviewed by LoginFreak on 4-3-2008 (Somewhere up there) |
| I have a coolsat 5000, 6100, and 7100. I agree the support for the 5000 has not been the best. But it must be because it's easier to make the newer boxes work. Otherwise I am sure they would have them all up at the same time. I don't think they're trying to get rid of all the old systems yet. But remember everything has to be upgraded at one point in time... |

Good quality although support
Reviewed by Mike Shinoda on 4-3-2008 (Canada, Ontario) |
| They are a good brand for their quality of their products since thye have really good releases although as a matter of a fact Coolsat considered dropping some of their series from the market and also the Coolsat 8000 bins come really late compared to the Viewsat releases which is really sad since we have to wait longer for our bins but they are good quality once they are first released. |

coolsat 6000
Reviewed by Mike on 22-5-2008 (uk) |
| Great picture quality, but after 4 months of use the coolsat company dropped support, so I do feel a little cheated, support is also slow for other coolsat models, how long will they last until support is dropped. |

Homesat
Reviewed by Trommy on 13-8-2008 (Nova Scotia) |
| The short version is the Ariza Xtreme was created for Ariza. Its creators left Ariza and formed Homesat which is the same unit except for the TSOP.Its now owned by Coolsat and supported very well of late.Anyway.... My Homesats are both converted Xtremes. They have instant channel changing, very simple scanning and editing, but most importantly, perfect picture quality.I would rate it 'perfect' except for a 2 hr epg and somewhat slow scanning. It is supperior to the CS6k |

| hate coolsat would not recommend to anyone yes it does have good picture quality but what FTA STB doesn't. I would never buy another coolsat or even use one if it was free, they will get you hooked on how good there reciever is and drop support. |

coolsat 7100
Reviewed by cuddy on 29-10-2008 (ont. Canada) |
| Bought the coolsat 7100 in June started out great with good support, but as the months have gone by the support has dropped off to less than poor! Some bins only last for hours and others at best last a week or so then have to wait days for new bin! Thinking about a new rec. but not sure what one to buy next! |

| apparently the Crapsat, ahh i mean coolsat has discontinued the 7100 so be prepared for dropped support on this model as well, people reading this if you wanna be stuck with junk go to coolsat. If you want somthing that will work over time and give you great support go with another brand |
